Will your vavalad fit me?

If you're over 5 feet tall, our vavalad will fit you! They are very baggy and have low crotches to accommodate people of all heights and sizes. 

The vavalad I want is out of stock. When will it be back in stock?

We try to work to get them back in stock as soon as possible! If your Kigurumi is out of stock, you can click "join the waitlist" to sign up to receive a notification e-mail when it comes back in stock.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping mode，All vavalad shipping is FREE within the worldwide. You can also choose expedited mode, which will arrive faster, but you will need to pay an additional expedited fee of $19.99.You can find all of our shipping details here.

How do I clean my Kigurumi?

Our Kigurumi are 100% machine washable. Check out our detailed care guide to learn how to take care of yours!

Do you take custom orders?

At this point in time, we don't have the resources to take custom orders, though we'd love to one day! If there is a specific style that you are looking for or hoping to get made, please send us an email and we might be able to point you in the right direction. There are also a lot of talented kigurumi artists on Etsy!

I made a mistake on my order, how can I fix this?

Whether it be that there was a mistake in the shipping address or that you chose the wrong Kigurumi, please e-mail us as soon as possible so that we can correct it before your order gets shipped out!
