Return & Refunds Policy

Effective return time:

The policy is valid for 15 days from the delivery date.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return&Exchange conditions:

Condition 1

We will be responsible for the return postage fees and replacement fees. Shipping fees are non.
refundable:
1.The product customization information does not match or an error in customization.

2.Open lines/broken/stained/unclear pictures rendering or lettering.

3.Wrong or mismatched size.

4.Wrong or lost shipment.

5.Damaged or otherwise defective

Condition 2

The customer is responsible for return postage fees and replacement postage fees.

1.Purchased the wrong item or chose the wrong size for the product.

2.The product is not suitable.

3.Personal Reasons due to personal taste,changed mind, etc.

Non-Refundable ltems:

1. Already used.
2. The product label is cut off.
3. Unable to provide proof of purchase.


Return/Exchange Procedure:

1. Please log in to our website (https://www.vavalad.com/) and click Contact Us on the homepage.

2. Please describe the type of service, exchange or refund. and describe the issue that resulted in the need for a refund/exchange. For damaged/defective clothing, pictures are also required.

3. Once we receive your request, your dedicated customer service representative will respond to your email within 24 hours (48 hours on weekends) to handle the issue. If you do not receive a reply from us before contacting us, please check your spam folder as it may have gone into this folder. Please follow the instructions provided by our customer service representatives.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Time required for refund:

After we receive your return, you need to wait 6 working days to receive your refund.

Refund processing process:

1. After we receive your return, we need one working day to check and process your return.
2. Once we have processed the return, your bank or credit card company will need to process and refund it within Five working days.

Cancellation policy:
1. When the order is for delivery, you can cancel the order for free.
2. When the order shows that it has been shipped, if you want to cancel the order, you need to pay the full logistics fee to return it.
